Regarding the production line of curcumin nano with 95% purity by designed by himself, Mr. Trinh Dinh Nang said: “Currently, we regularly buy fresh turmeric from people in rural districts of Bac Kan province as Pac Nam, Ba Be, Na Ri, Ngan Son, Cho Moi, Cho Don . In the near future, we will make a plan for material areas to create stable income and improve the lives of people in the Northeast and Northwest mountainous areas”.
According to the information provided by Mr. Nang, this is a closed line from turmeric peeling machine, selection section, slicing machine, CO2 industrial oil separator, lipid separator, curcumin separator… The peeling process follows the method of peeling evenly on the surface, every corner of the turmeric off with an evenness of 0.5mm
